Receive your results

For pre-departure tests we require your flight details (destination, departure date and time, and your arrival time). Test to Release we require your arrival date back into the UK.

A member of our team will collect a sample using a swab. Your swab will then be sent to the laboratory to be tested which is onsite.

Choose between a same day results service or a standard next day results service. You will receive an email to let you know your results are read.

You are required to bring a form of valid photo ID to your sample collection appointment. If travelling, this must be a passport, for other reasons any form of photo ID is accepted.

Please remember to wear a face mask or covering and maintain social distancing whilst on our premises. We’re doing all we can at our laboratory e to help keep our customers and colleagues safe.

Please arrive to sample collection appointment at your scheduled time. If you’re late, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to re-schedule your appointment and deliver results on your chosen delivery date.

If you, or anyone in your household or support bubble has any symptoms of COVID-19, or think they may have COVID-19, please do not attend your appointment. Please call us to cancel, stay at home and follow the government guidance.

FAQs

There are many different reasons why you may want to have a COVID-19 swab test (PCR or Rapid Antigen Test). Reasons for testing include but are not limited to: travelling abroad; proving to your employer that you are fit to work; or you’re attending a social event.

Our in-laboratory COVID-19 PCR and Rapid Antigen Testing Service is a convenient way to get a test to check for a current COVID-19 infection.

Please note that this service is for asymptomatic only. This service is not suitable for anyone with symptoms of COVID-19, or anyone who thinks they may have COVID-19. Please don’t book an appointment or come to our laboratory if you, anyone in your household or support bubble have symptoms of COVID-19 or you have been told to isolate after contact with a person that has tested positive. Instead stay at home and follow the governments guidelines.

Once you have booked in you willl receive an email confirming your appointment. Full payment will only be taken once you arrive at our laboratory for your appointment. 

After your appointment, your swab will be sent straight to our on site laboratory for testing. Your results will be emailed to you on your chosen delivery date (same or next day result services available) as a .pdf report.

If you’re flying abroad, please check the COVID-19 testing entry requirements specified by your destination of travel and/or airline carrier before booking test with us. We have same and next day result turnarounds to cater for the varying timeframes for valid tests.

COVID-19 PCR Testing Services:

1. Standard Next Day Results:

For next day results the price of the test is £95. This is for sample collections before 12:30 on the day of sampling. Results are then sent via email between 16:00-18:00 the next working day.

2. Same Day Results:

For same day results the cost is £150. Sample collection appointments must be before 10:30 for this service. Results are sent via email between 16:00-18:00 that same day. On Friday’s we have to deliver same day results as we are closed on the weekends.

 

Rapid Antigen Testing:

Private rapid antigen testing is £49 per test and results are issued usually within 2 hours of you sample being collect. Results are sent via email as a .pdf report.

We allocate a 15 minute slot per person/couple (longer for larger groups). Your sample collection appointment will consist of you:

1. Completing a personal details and consent form

2. Identify checks

3. Payment

Additional Information

The SARS-COV-2 virus is the notifiable causative agent for COVID-19 and COVID-19 is a notifiable infectious disease. As such, under the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 and the Health Protection (Notification) Regulations 2010, we must report positive tests to Public Health England.

Besides test information (which we will provide) we will require the following information about the tested individual: full name, date of Birth, gender, postcode, contact telephone (ideally mobile), contact e-mail, and ethnicity.

Public Health England has approval from the Secretary of State to process confidential information associated with notifiable causative agents and notifiable infectious diseases without patient consent under Regulation 3 of the Health Service (Control of Patient information) Regulations 2002.

By undertaking a test with us, you acknowledge our obligations and notwithstanding any other consent agree to the processing of this information.
