Besides test information (which we will provide) we will require the following information about the tested individual: full name, date of Birth, gender, postcode, contact telephone (ideally mobile), contact e-mail, and ethnicity.
Public Health England has approval from the Secretary of State to process confidential information associated with notifiable causative agents and notifiable infectious diseases without patient consent under Regulation 3 of the Health Service (Control of Patient information) Regulations 2002.
By undertaking a test with us, you acknowledge our obligations and notwithstanding any other consent agree to the processing of this information.
For businesses, please get in touch with us by phone, e-mail or our website contact form to discuss your requirements, whether this be for an employer testing programme, testing individual employees or environmental testing. We will then derive a tailored solution for your business. We are looking to help businesses in the private sector, such as in food, engineering, manufacturing sectors, plus retail, hospitality (B&Bs, events, hotels), travel (prospective air travellers; etc), independent schools, professional sports clubs and privately held care homes. In the public sector we are open to help schools, local councils (employee testing) and council run care homes.
