COVID-19 restrictions expected in County Durham
County Durham residents are likely to see more social distancing measures from midnight on Thursday evening, after a spike in coronavirus cases in the North East.
The measures will also apply in Sunderland, Newcastle, Northumberland, Gateshead, North and South Tyneside.
Suppression of the virus by social distancing is the most effective way that we, as a society, can control the virus. We sincerely hope people take heed of this requirement as it is imperative for the North East to avoid a total lockdown. A second lockdown going into the Christmas period will be a disaster for the regional economy and for employment.
We are determined to play our part in helping to keep the region moving, so if you are asymptomatic and would like a private COVID-19 test for yourself or one of your employees, please contact Complement Genomics on 0191 543 9302.

If you or your company would like to discuss a programme of COVID-19 testing, then please email us at email@example.com.
